Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Civic Shield Inc. ships to Canada. We may expand to additional countries in the future.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Most orders are delivered within:

  • Canada: Approximately 5–15 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some products are fulfilled by different trusted suppliers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. This is normal and does not mean that part of your order is missing.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Civic Shield Inc. is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to help resolve the issue.
